UPIS Fair 2020, rescheduled

The UPIS Fair 2020 has been moved to an earlier date by the Pamunuan ng Kamag-Aral (pKA) from its initial dates, February 12-14, to its new and final dates, February 11-13.

For this year, the said event will be celebrated with the theme, “AGIMAT: Sarili’y Iangat, Pag-Ibig Ipalaganap.” The pKA, the school’s student council, planned various activities aligned with the theme to promote self-love and its effects on one’s role in society.

The pKA through their adviser, Prof. Dian Caluag, announced on Tuesday, February 4, that the schedule has been adjusted for the students to be able to maximize their participation in the fair and the athletic and scouting activities that will happen on the weekend after the fair. She added that, the change in schedule leaves the 14th a day without classes to give the students a rest day.

Prof. Caluag also reminded the students to participate in the activities and to bring their own utensils. She added that as much as possible, avoid having fast food delivered, as concessionaires are present at the fair. She also wants the students to remember that the 3-day fair is considered as official school days.
