I’ve tried to find reasons not to love you
I’ve tried to find reasons not to stay
I’ve looked into your flaws and imperfections
but they still made me choose you every day

I’ve tried to deny what I’ve been feeling
I’ve tried to throw it all away
but I just can’t get myself to do so
despite what other people say

They’ve tried to tell me not to let this happen
I’ve tried to tell them I didn’t want it too
but I just can’t help myself from falling
for someone when that someone is you

We’ve gone through a lot of good memories
but there’s still so much more we can make
I guess it’s about time to try and tell you
that you’re a risk I’m willing to take
