You are the waters
You are the oceans
You are the seas
You are the beaches

People will marvel at the colors
Of your horizon at every sunset and sunrise
People will be filled with wonder
And amazement
At the sight of you

People will learn how to conquer your currents
A few will succeed
Most will fail
Despite this
Some will still keep coming back to you

People will poison you
And pollute your body

They will be scared of your strong winds
And will try to challenge you
But
No one can win against you
Learning this
They will
Regret that they even dared to

People will leave footsteps on your shores
But at the end
Your waters
Will always wash them
Away
