To see, to smile right now is my despair
for I cannot go live another day;
Without your wonder gaze which will repair
The torture that does stress the eyes at bay
For in thine heart of cries that come to pass
there lie the tears of broken people's past
for in your voice thee speaks out to the mass;
In honey sweet and love, thine flavors last.
I shall compare thee to the cold cool night,
though it does not in truth tell how I feel
for words they limit yet they feel so right
your cold but tender touch it feels so real.
In life of tragic seconds, thee I see
in ill contempt, forgo me at your knees
