I was alone for so long

But one May night

When nothing was alright

You came along.

I didn’t know what was happening

But the feeling was overwhelming.

Though I was still doubting

I can’t stop myself from falling.

You made me listen to that song

Saying hurting a girl is very wrong.

Love her, protect her like your royal highness.

That’s when you called me your own princess.

Storms of conflict went our way

We faced challenges day after day.

I said forever doesn’t really exist.

You said, “In us I’ll always believe.”

So just when I thought everything was over,

My heart made me remember.

So I will never forget those days.

I will always go back to our memories of that May.
