What has been put into motion
Will stay in motion unless
An external force acts upon it
But none is strong enough
To hinder my feelings for you
As it has accelerated
To unstoppable velocity
Was it written in the stars
That we were destined to meet?
Entering an event horizon,
Spiraling towards the singularity
To be put under love's infinite gravity
Though a comet will soon lose its tail
Though asteroids will eventually collide
Though some constellations will be distant memories
Though the sun will burst inevitably
Ceasing all life on earth
In this arbitrary universe
Of ever-changing principles and rules
Science cannot explain
How love moves
Yet forever is a theory
