Are you a fan of mobile games? What about idle games? Better yet, are you an animal lover who loves games about animals? If you are, this game is absolutely perfect for you!
Adorable Home is one of the top-rated games this year with a rating of 4.7/5 from Apple and 4.4/5 from Google Play. It is a passive and relaxing game about animals developed by HyperBeard, Inc. As players are given a brand new house to furnish and new cats to take care of, this game simulates the life of live-in relationships along with their furry companions.
The game starts with choosing your own avatar and partner among eight characters on the screen. You have the freedom to choose anyone and partner him/her up with anyone, you can also name them yourselves!

After choosing your characters, you will be transferred to the lounge of your new and almost unfurnished house--with a couch, a TV, a three-door TV cabinet, a doormat, a coffee table, and a pure white cat named Snow. From the looks of your home, at first, this game may seem boring. But, as you go along the tutorials and guides, you’ll slowly appreciate it and long for more.

You are in charge of everything in this game from decorating and furnishing the whole house, taking care of your furry companions, choosing what food to prepare for your partner and cats, and to buying items, furniture, food, and cats at the shop using the “love” you received.
“Love”, the currency used in the game, can be earned through continuously taking care of your cats and partner. The weather gives you love as well as it changes every day from being sunny, snowy, cloudy, and rainy. In addition to the given love of the weather, there is a lucky channel that plays on the TV every now and then, which also gives you extra love.
Adorable Home offers twelve kinds of cats in total; the more cats you purchase, the more love is given back to you. There are four ways to gain love from taking care of cats, you can (a) stroke them by touching their favorite spots, (b) cut their nails, (c) give them a shower, and (d) feed them delicious treats. Take note that sometimes, the cats want you to leave them alone, and it is completely fine since they’ll want you to take care of them again after a few hours.

Like the cats and the weather, your partner gives you the love you deserve as you take care of him/her. Since you are the one who stays at home, you are in charge of preparing a bento box for your partner for him/her to bring to work. There are various meals and bento boxes to choose from.

After preparing a bento box, they will leave the house to go to work, and will not come back for a few hours. Don’t worry because they’ll return!
You will also have different types of visitors aside from your furry friends once you avail of other places, namely the Garden and Bedroom, which may be unlocked once you earn 3000 and 4000 love, respectively. The bathroom is not yet fixed, though it will be included once HyperBeard updates the game soon! The visitors can be seen all around your home depending on the kind of furniture they like. They also give love as a ‘thank you’ for welcoming them into your home. Such lovely visitors!

By accepting all the love they give, you can save up to finally buy more exciting and fantastic furniture to decorate your whole house with. There are specific categories for the Lounge, Garden, and Bedroom items found in the shop, you can buy whatever you like!
Now, let’s get into a few tips on how to collect more love. These will surely help players earn more!
1) Be active
Every activity on Adorable Home has a time limit. To earn more money or love, it will help if you are active by regularly doing the activity and accomplishing the task every time it cools down so that no time will be wasted.

2) Prioritize variety
The bento box prepared for your partner is a three-part box composed of a main dish, a side dish, and a dessert. There are six bento box designs to choose from and a lot of food to try. You will be preparing this meal for your partner, and in return, he/she will give you love after work. The love given to you depends on the variety of the food prepared, so keep on trying new food varieties and combinations to see what combination will provide you with more love!

3) Watch ads
Watching ads after an activity sure takes time, but the love you receive will be doubled if you watch them. One hack you can do when watching ads is by clicking the “80” and “160” button at the same time to earn 240 worth of love. If you do not like watching ads, after finishing an activity, click the “80” button multiple times until your screen returns to the lounge to still earn more.

There is also another way to gain love by watching ads. By clicking the love you have on the upper right corner of your screen, you can see the yellow button on the lower left, which means you can watch ads consecutively 10 times and earn 50 worth of love per ad.

4) Furnish your house as early as possible
The sooner your house is fully furnished, the sooner different animals will visit you. As previously mentioned, visitors bring love as a ‘thank you’ for welcoming them to your home, so fill your house with different furniture to have more visitors!

Some nifty tricks you can also try when doing activities are first, when cutting nails, try swiping their nails one by one, near their skin, so the chance of cutting the nails are higher. When taking a shower, put the showerhead up and you can either tilt the phone to stop the bar on the middle green bar of the temperature gauge or click the middle green bar multiple times so you don’t have the trouble of balancing your phone while tilting. As for stroking them, the bad news is the spots they love being pet on are random, so it changes every time. You’ll just have to pet them one spot at a time to earn five hearts quickly! Taking care of them sure is tricky, huh?
