Prof. Carlene Pilar-Arceo, a UPIS alumnus and a UP faculty member, gave an inspiring message on this year's theme, Kabataan, Manindigan sa Matapat na Paglilingkod sa Bayan. She also regaled the audience with stories and anecdotes from when she was a high school student at UPIS.
