Mirror, mirror
on the wall
I’d like to be
as fair as them all
For I despise
that reflection
and it can use
a little correction.

look at me
It takes work
To attain beauty
I can only ask
For a make over
So that I can be
The one they’ll prefer.

I’m tired of you
Trying so hard
Yet you always
End up blue
For I know
The things I do
Will never be
Good for you.

who are you?
Do you even know
What you got me into
All the things
You have changed
Just got you worse
And made you strange.

Mirror, mirror
it’s been a while
since I looked at you
With that smile.
You’ve tried so hard
To be someone you’re not
Now lessons learned
Love what you’ve got.
